My painting show opened last Saturday night at Ruth Bachofner Gallery which is at the Bergamot Station Art center in Santa Monica, California. Friends, supporters, my teachers and my students all were there. Perhaps the artist is always plagued with doubts and woulda-coulda-shoulda - I know I always am - but nevertheless there were many well wishers and thumbs up, enough to ease my anxieties enough so that I enjoyed the evening and found some peace with the work.
