Broke out an old bottle of india ink. Had to add some water it was almost dried out... but it came back to life. Started drawing randomly and a riverbank appeared then 2 figures and some canoes... on the opposite bank a fort or maybe a church.

Tore up a bunch of false starts and made a small collage.

Love the drawings. It's always a treat to see painter's drawings. Uncomfortableness is often a sign telling us to proceed.
looking really good rob... continue. wish i could be there. very happy you're drawing with the ink-- they look awesome.
